Kathy and Kelley are pleated dresses that have puffed sleeves and button in the back. Kathy has pleats that press toward the side seams and a scalloped Bertha collar. Kelley has pleats that press toward the center and a tucked batiste and lace collar. They can also be made with a smocked collar; design is included. Available in sizes 1-4.
