I love this pattern and have made it multiple times.
Its is a loose fitting lined jacket which can be quilted.
Cuffs at wrist can be turned down for growing room or turned up showing the contrasting lining.
Appliqués for the flowers, swimming ducks, and trucks are included.
Pattern for patch pocked with turned-down tops is included.
